Customer Service Commitment

Outstanding Service

As a therapist in private practice I wear two hats: clinician and business owner. How I run my business reflects my values and my style. When I opened my practice I had one guideline: I will do everything I can to provide outstanding customer service.

My office has:

  • free reserved parking for clients
  • ADA accessibility (for strollers, wheelchairs)
  • an always available restroom (that doesn’t exclude either gender)
  • 24/7 building access with secure entry key code

Convenience

I have sought ways to make your experience as convenient as possible.

  • I reply to texts, emails, or phone calls within 1 business day. I often get told by callers, “You’re the first therapist who called me back.”
  • You will have access to a self-booking calendar where you can schedule your own appointments (or first consult call, for new clients).
  • You can make payments using whatever methods are most convenient for you (cash, check, ACH, PayPal, online, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle).

Booking Guidelines

How do I begin?

You can call or email to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation.

Why can’t I schedule a full session, only a phone call?

Existing clients can schedule any type of session during available hours. Prospective clients can only schedule a free 15-minute consult call. Before scheduling a first full session, I want to make sure that I am the right therapist for you. A good fit between client and the type of issues the therapist can treat is crucial to the success of treatment.

Also, during consult, I will address medical insurance. If I cannot address your therapy needs or if I do not take your insurance, I will try to find a referral for you.
